A Welsh-themed County quiz (for those heading to Newport)
20 questions to keep you occupied for a while
Good morning County fans, as well as any other Stopfordians or football supporters joining us today.
You can’t beat an away day, can you? As I write, there’s already hundreds of County fans heading down to Newport in cars, coaches and trains. But regardless of how many cans of Stella or egg butties you’ve got to keep you occupied, there’s always a few minutes on a long journey where a tiny bit of boredom creeps in, as you’re willing your preferred mode of transport to hurry up and get you to the other end.
Well, don’t say I never do anything for you. I’m not heading down to south Wales myself, but for all of the Hatters heading over the border today (plus anyone else who enjoys a quiz), I’ve put together a few teasers to entertain you for at least three minutes.
Whether we’re celebrating or commiserating this evening, you can raise your glasses or drown your sorrows at Bask, who have kindly sponsored today’s edition. A great range of drinks and live music till 2am.
Have a fantastic weekend everyone, and Pob Lwc with the quiz!

No idea who put this here, but a big thank you for putting a huge smile on my face as I was crossing the A6 in Stockport the other day. And an even bigger thank you to the beautiful man in the photo. You really will never be forgotten in this town.
