This is what I said after last night’s 1-1 draw: “I still think we’re a 6th-12th team. Good team at this level, proving hard to beat, but we’re not quite smart enough to be winning games yet. Tonight being a prime example of two points chucked away. I still think this season is the one to be just enjoyed. Not going down, probably not going up. Treat it as a work in progress, enjoy the odd Blackpool and Barnsley moments, and see where we are next summer.”

Tony Ellis is in the Hall of Fame at Blackpool, after scoring 65 goals for the club during the mid 90s. He later joined Bury, and then County, scoring 6 goals in 22 appearances.
